To give our Board a an all expenses paid trip to Switzerland?

Personally I think they get enough perks as it is and I am not sure they would feel they need to attend any meetings to learn how to act as a Board of Director(s), as they seem to have their personal agendas set and are doing pretty well by them. (Though you all know how I feel they performed in this function).

My guess is they would see this as a junket to take in the local atmosphere and see what they can on the company dime.

Of course I may be wrong and if the company would like me to accompany the Board members who go to assure that they attend the seminars, break outs and general meetings I will volunteer my time though it would be a hardship.
