IMO, posing the question I advocated to CJ directly, goes right to the heart of "transparency", and who, is CJ working for directly and indirectly. The question would put CJ in an awkward position to say the least. His answer would be illuminating and would shed light on the Swartz/PTSC/Peregrine intersection.

The posed question may ignite more questions on the matter and lead in directions unknown today. A loud, boisterous SHM focusing attention where it matters on representatives of the Board and the internicine connections with Swartz, et al. can only be positive, IMO. The more pressure brought to bear on CJ & Swartz the better !!
