Also, Moore claims that TPL was his attorney at the time TPL had him sign the Documents for the transfere of ownership of the patents. Moore claims he did not know what he was signing and was a victim since he had no other attorney than TPL. Also Moore points out that if he did have other council as TPL claims why did his attorney then not sign-off on the agreement. Somehow this all ties in to the judgement in Texas. Also,Moore apparently replied to Acer for a Subpoena for documentation.TPL is claiming that they and Moore had a privledged relationship and the documents have an attorney client relationship. TPL seems to be caught in the middle if they claim they were Moores attorney they may loose claim to ownership of the patents. If they were not Moore attorney then they cannot keep this apparently important info from Acer possession. Just as I interpret it all which is by no means claimed accuracy.
