The really sad part of all this is that, although I agree there's a large amount of money on the table here, it seems little if any of it may ever end up in share holder pockets. Too many lawyers, too many shares out standing, a poorly written partnership agreement, an incompetent BOD, too many charlatans - and more and more of all this is likely waiting in the wings. That's sad.
