The Dresser news and the Cummins news are both absent from the alliacense web site. perhaps PTSC is negotiating their own deals sans TPL and distributing the cash as it ocmes in.

of course given the lack of tax losses PTSC would need to have made 26-30mm pretax from these deals to have 4 cents or 16mm to distrbute ( after legal and BOD expenses)
