I didnt buy simply because unlike Reuters--- i wanted a second confirmed source....
However if i was a new investor checking out PTSC and saw that PR? I be like... red flag on this company--- time to check something else out...
maybe it was the last day for some overseas intern at Reuters who holds PTSC and wanted to dump his stock? lol.... crazy
