My impressions of CHM are that he is not only brilliant. But volatile and honest. (I picture him storming out of the USPTO meeting over a minor point). Certainly not someone who is prepared to swim in the shark infested waters inhabited by the Leckies, CJ, and our opposition (few honest people are!).

Under the twin pressures of the USPTO interview and breaking with the Leckies. I can only hope he did not say anything too damaging.
