Doesn't seem to be any question that we own 50% of the patents...Just a question of who we have to split it with...

The issue I was referring to didn't have anything to do with Patriot's ownership. The alleged infringer was bringing up something about TPL being the true owner. Unfortunately I can't recall the details. This would bring a perfect scenario for CM to become involved.
