The Problem with PTSC right now

The issues facing PTSC are all legal. The legal team that CJ has put together must wait patiently and participate in the final resolution of who is holding the other 50% and if Leckrone will finally wake up, smell the roses and give Chuck Moore a fair deal.

In the interim, the BOD needs to find a leader for the near future. As I have stated before, that person should be an outstanding patent lawyer that can keep personal tabs on our biggest enterprise and to personally check everything the other 50% is doing. We've been screwed once by TPL and we better focus on ensuring that this does not occur again. CJ knows the complete background of whats going on but Lecky can pull the wool over his eyes when it comes to patent law, imo.
