wasn't it htc that said they take patent infringement seriously when we went after them. well now they have more to take seriously. settle with us htc you have exhausted your options my view. spend your money against apple. but if you settle with us as the maker then motorola and apple the user have to pay. our future may not be too far down the road. maybe we just need some luck
