If you were a potential investor in PTSC, and looked at the BoD/management decisions, financials and share performance over the past four years, what would you do? Add to that the pathetic legal situation, and you wouldn't yawn; you would run away as fast as possible.

Good leaders know how to make the most out of what's there. And, they certainly recognize when they are "in over their heads". Bad leaders who won't let go are either crooks, stupid or have character flaws.
