Now, I think the real value in the re-certs can only be realised in a court battle. There probably will be some more signings in between reex's of Re-certs but not by any Heavyweight that the market would take notice of until there's a definite win in court. It's looking good though. Look at HTC's arguments in the recent Pacers you posted. It's their interpretation against a growing number of other authorities to the contrary.

I'm hoping we settle with TPL and with a stronger patent, go for it & let the court decide the settlement with HTC. Even a Re-cert along with a questionable partnership and a backroom HTC settlement won't wake up the market much and surely won't be enough to force a Heavyweight to sign.
