When you think of big projects within the justice and public safety market, you tend to think of the large-scale statewide radio communication projects. However, one project that is very high on a lot of companies' radar this quarter is the Connecticut Criminal Information Sharing System (CISS) project. With 29 companies attending the pre-proposal conference, you can only imagine what the RFP review process will be like. Chances are it will be well into 2011 before a contract is awarded.
