Perhaps it would help create yet another opportunity for Swartz to make a Kazillion percent profit on yet another loan? They better start being concerned about being too obvious

The recent Q filing stated they had suffient cash for al least the next twelve months, subsequent to which there have been new licensees and cash inflows.

Why on earth would they need a loan?
