What opportunity? My understanding is the patents have always been valid until proven otherwise........Is there some sort of motion you want them to undertake?.........Does it involve sealing a document or verdict and/or delaying a motion (cause that's what they're really good at) IMO........

The reality is PTSC should strike while the iron is hot to change this relationship with TPL but that would require the ability to make hard decisions and deal with Lecky since I suspect the master agreement has been violated (I also suspect PTSC will wait to see if that decision is made for them by the Moore/TPL issue, par for the course).........I don't know anyone on the BOD who has demonstrated that ability IMO. Do you?........
