Are you able to share the basis for your thinking?

IMHO, the increase is company buying. PTSC purchased almost half a million shares last quarter. Why stop at this price level? It costs them alomost nothing. Plus it helps to stop any continued pps deterioration. Not sure if those are good reasons to be in the marketplace buying given all that is going on. Perhaps they have a postive outlook?
