they have made too many large mistakes and find it difficult to leave under these circumstances. It would concede defeat. Also, it's much too lucrative. As long as the shareholders let them get away with it, why not take big fees and options. They don't want anyone to spoil that.

What is your plan for shareholders to NOT allow then to get away with "it"?
