If you really believe our BOD is the type who would do what you posted, then you've indicted them worse than any other poster here. Your defense and enablement of their actions is indefensible. They're counting on you and the other investors here to go quietely into that good night, and you don't even realize it. Or maybe you do, which if true, well.....
