The document states PROPOSED ONLY and NOT SIGNED, Does that mean anything?

After all these years, none of the requested documents have been submitted?

Thats very hard to believe even after five seccessfull changles.

Where have I gone wrong? Let me know.

One other point, How come we recived over 75 sign-ups pryor to our last sucessfull patent reexamination, and only 2 since?

Is there any pressure placed on the remaining companies that infringe on PTSC patents.
