Shame on you for your continued lack of meaningful communication with shareholders

Shame on you for not accepting responsibility for the current share price and condition of the company

Shame on you for your deals with Swartz and TPL

Shame on you for your greed in lining your own pockets with outrageous paychecks

Shame on you for rewarding yourselves with stock options that have obviously not been based on your performance

Shame on you for hiding behind a virtual shareholder meeting and not facing those who would otherwise demand answers from you in person

Shame on you Gloria for promising shareholders an answer in 120 days and not following through on your promise

Shame on you Carlton Johnson for collecting additional pay to sit on board committees that have only produced results which seemingly have rewarded the board (compensation) and damaged shareholders (audit/TPL).

Shame on you Dr. Falk for having neither the expertise nor the background to qualify for a board seat and yet you and the others did everything to deny both Stan Caplan and Pete Lozano, their chance at a board seat.

Shame on you Mr. Mistry and Mr. Schrock….are you real or virtual board members and what have you done for this company to earn your board paychecks?

Cliff….no shame on you for actually working for a paycheck. However, a good part of your compensation is for being an interim CEO…what exactly do you do for that part of your paycheck?

There are those who would say that if the share price jumped to $.50 we would be singing the praises of the BoD.I am not one of those who share that thought. If the share price ever reaches $.50 again due to increased licensing activities or PDSG, I say all the more reason to replace the whole bunch of you with people who might actually know how to grow this company. The goal should always be to bring value to shareholders. You have failed and it’s time for you to do the right thing and put shareholders first and yourselves LAST.

Here’s a thought….I encourage all shareholders who have been damaged to vote NO for every board member and vote NO on preferred stock should it suddenly appear on the Proxy (don’t be surprised). It may not make a difference in the end, however, it is still a way to be heard.

I have not lost all hope of a miracle happening for shareholders. It may just take divine intervention and if God is on the side of shareholders then heaven help those (and you know who you are) who have driven this company to $.10.

Laurie
