Seems to me there is always language in the mailings that state something to the effect " shareholders of record on such and such a date". I can't say if I recall them actually saying the date in a PR.

Also, I am wondering how the board is going to deal with the requirement of showing the list of shareholders that is always available to see at the SHM. That used to be a requirement and I would look at it every time I would go ( except for Chicago ). Is it still a requirement to show the list? Will they have to show it during the virtual meeting? Don't shareholders have the right to know who the other shareholders are?
