I sent the following email to IR 6 times since 9/20 and have not received a response:
Dear IR-
As a shareholder I was hoping to get some insight on my investment directly from Patriot. My questions are the following:
TPL Litigation:
1.What is the current status on the litigation with TPL?
2.Are MMP licenses being sold during the TLP litigation? If so are license royalties escalating per the MMP licensing structure?
3.What would be considered a favorable outcome with the TPL litigation?
MMP:
1.What is the final count on companies who were officially “put on notice” of infringement (the last count from official sources was 500)?
2.From an official company press release dated 10-5-09, the following statement was made by Patriot: “Despite the risk of willful infringement in cases where companies delay licensing decisions on the basis of reexams, companies have been awaiting the outcome of US'336 and are now reengaging in licensing discussions in light of the escalating royalty rate structure of the MMP Portfolio(TM) Licensing Program.” Since the above statement was printed (about 1 year ago) please state the number of new companies who have reengaged in licensing discussions.
3.In a best and worst case scenario, what does Patriot and its representatives believe the total value of the MMP is after the latest USPTO re-affirmation?
General questions:
1.Any traction on the PDSG front with new signings?
2.What value has Greg Baroni brought to the table in his 15 + months as an advisor?
3.Is Patriot still looking for a new CEO?
4.Has there been any discussions with respect to selling our potion of the MMP?
I look forward to your prompt reply.
