The first is... "There is no urgency or immediacy that requires such tight briefing schedule and prompt court intervention.....". A phrase from htc but when I hear it related to ptsc it is funny in a sad way.....

In addition in the first Pacer, TPL says they will not have an "expert witness" at the first hearing but may at a later date. Now why would tpl not go in with a loaded chamber and attempt to get this thing done with urgency and immediacy?
