It is very interesting isn't it?! You conveniently forget WHO negotiated and signed this "valid comag. and ma.". You conveniently forget WHO shackled us with this agreement, and then allowed TPL to run roughshod over us through it, because of their lack of oversight and their breach of fiduciary duty.

It's not a matter of satisfying my "little anger", lol. Whether our BOD is working hard now or not is immaterial. They have had 5 years to work hard and all of their decisions have led to situations that put PTSC in a lesser position. There is no indication that they can prevail in re-nogotiations. Even if they NOW decide to work hard (a laughable description by you by the way). They put the baby in the middle of the busy freeway while they went to the casino, and now you expect shareholders to let them attempt to save the baby and rescue it from that predicament. Others would prefer to call the authorities for help rather than the negligent parents.

What's in yours and my best interests as shareholders is to have people qualified to make business decisions, and to steward and to execution on them to realize their full potential. Experience PROVES that PTSC does not.

As for accepting your "different view"?! We've been accepting your different view all this time! It's that view that has us at 10 cents and fighting in court with our licensing partner, and barely able to scrape an existince together as a company.

Perhaps it's you who has trouble accepting others' views that things should be better. Perhaps you should "hope" that your "believe" will someday lead you to an awakening to the facts of business.
