Don't forget that a list of shareholders should be available before the ASHM. I might suggest, to interested shareholders who are within a reasonable driving distance, to visit the corporate office with notepad and pen and make a list of all major shareholders to include their contact information.

Might ask ahead of time if you may use a camera (cell phone or other) to take pictures. Otherwise, it might be a very tedious task.
