You really don't think that the shareprice is reflective of the performance of the BOD & Management, but because of Agoracom posters?!

I very humbly suggest that it is the paucity and unpredictability of revenue that is reflected in the share price, and would further suggest that this would be applicable no matter who was on the BoD.
