Fluff?! REALLY?! The most important patent in the MMP portfolio clears the USPTO's 3rd re-exam, and you call that a FLUFF PR?!
Besides, it's about transparency and communication. Just because you know about it, and I know about it, doesn't mean that all shareholders know about it. It's the company's responsibility to communicate important business activities, and the re-certification by the USPTO of the major asset of the company is an 'important business activity" by any definition.
It's not a matter of infringers lining up, but of PTSC acting in a professional and accountable manner as a public company and communicating with the market and shareholders.. I'd suggest you question your own reasoning in criticizing a shareholder's request that the company act properly.
