Dear Board of Directors of Patriot Scientific

My name is Marc *****, I am and have been a shareholder in Patriot for well over a decade. This letter is meant to be short and to the point so there can be no ambiguity to what I am proposing.

As a shareholder I was upset at your decision to only hold a virtual shareholder meeting in two months as the annual gathering of shareholders and the Board (you) of our company. The virtual shareholder meeting is a good idea but only for those shareholders who are unable to attend a live meeting. Therefore I propose the following.....

The company can pay for the cost of a virtual shareholder meeting but I request that it be held in a meeting room in Mid to North County San Diego that can hold at the minimum two hundred seated shareholders with room for your cameras and web gear and of course a main raised table where the Board can sit.

It appears that the company feels it cannot afford to pay for such a meeting room therefore I will pay for the room out of my own pocket. The company will have no out of pocket cost other then that of advising all registered shareholders of record as of a time certain day in January 2011 where the meeting will be held.
