First let me thank all of you who have posted here and in pm's offering to share the cost of a meeting room for the shareholders meeting. However, I will be happy to pay for the room and it was not my intent to post my letter on this board to elicit pledges.

My intent was sincere and simple (simplistic?). If as the board says the reason they are not holding a meeting is to save money as Ron correctly pointed out then I have taken that reason or rationale away from them. As I said the ball is in their court.

Will, they now accept my offer or even acknowledge that their rationale was on second and third thought ridiculous and either rent the room themselves or let me do so? Will they send out the notices to all registered shareholders and do so quickly? These are the questions. If however, Ron and many of you are correct and they have reasons other then to save money then that also will without question be highlighted by my offer.

I have made my offer formal. I guess if there is one thing that I would ask the members of this board and their contacts who may be shareholders to do is please contact PTSC and tell them your feelings about my offer.
