Today is the last day that they will consider in counting the # of shareholder's who will be able to vote on the proxy this year----MAYBE they are waiting to make statements untill after today.

Marc, I will also pitch in with the cost of meeting room if they allow us to do that. Thank you for suggesting that to them. Just let me know.
