Take a look at the chart of PTSC. It shows a clear story. Highs on Aug. 27 and 28 area. Highs on Sept. 27 area. Highs on Oct. 27 area. All resistance points until this past Nov. 22 and 29 with slight break outs above the resistance line. I can imagine a break out to the upside after this significant day has pasted. The chart tells me something is brewing.
