I don't view the reduction in BoD members a positive. It was a party of 3 that has given us the mess with licensing agreement. It is much easier to manipulate the actions of 1 or 2, as the case may be, in order to achieve whatever it is that just 1 or 2 others want to achieve. I am leery that this is a step toward taking the entity private, for a song.

I have zero trust in the BoD .... the competency of some, and the integrity of others.
