Last year you had two choices when voting for Directors:

FOR all nominees listed above (except as marked to the contrary below) Or

WITHHOLD AUTHORITY (do not vote for any of the nominees listed above)

This year's proxy shows three choices

For Directors you have three choices:

For ALL, Withold ALL, For ALL EXCEPT

If you choose FOR ALL EXCEPT you must write in the names of those you do not want to vote for. For example, if you wanted Cliff Flowers but did not want Felcyn or Johnson you would choose FOR ALL EXCEPT and write in the names Felcyn or Johnson on the line provided

For Proposals you also have three choices:

FOR, AGAINST, ABSTAIN

It is important to note that ABSTENTIONS as to a proposal will have the same effect as votes AGAINST a proposal. What I don't understand is why not just have two categories FOR or AGAINST. If you are FOR the proposal on majority voting...be certain that you choose FOR and not abstain which will be counted against!!!
