If I recall a similar motion was filed in N texas... so I am not concerned... if you read the reply they discuss being exempt from the 336... well thier are three patents... we have no idea what Barco used as definations... we have a N Texas Markman which defines the terms did Barco use those.....(and yes the Cali Judge is suppose to use prior court preceedings & findings).... so yeah it is nice read but... we will see a reply that reads equal as well... (is my assumption)... and my guess is "game on".... all from a non legeal background....
