The offer they can't refuse is still profitable for Moore? He has no overhead? No expenses? No secretary? No legal minds drawing up contracts? No office .........

The problem with doing what you suggest is that if the perception is that Moore is giving the licenses away, then it becomes more difficult to even attain the no brainer amount from next licensee. Isn't PTSC running into that exact problem themselves?
