It is possible the BoD's are working tirelessly on betterment of PTSC. They may not be able to discuss anything because everything is so sensitive. They may have their hands full and are going to get this train back on track. They may be giving up their holiday time to get everything prepared for court challenges, prospective partners, licensing deals, etc., etc.,

I hope they are people of honour and pride who want PTSC to succeed.
