To date, over 50 companies have entered into license agreements as part of Alliacense’s licensing program for the MMP Portfolio (taken directly from the Pacer posted by Wolf)

PTSC and Moore are fighting a battle with the same enemy (once thought to be a friend). Moore now has a marketing team in place to sell his latest invention, the Green Arrays computer chip. If I had any of my PTSC investment at this time, I'd bet on Chuck Moore and his ability to invent great products.

If Mr. Moore was to win his suit against TPL and thereby gain complete control of his 50% of the MMP, and if PTSC was to win their breach of contract suit, then perhaps:

Moore and PTSC could then draft another master agreement, determine if an outside entity (such as another TPL) should be hired to license the patents, and perhaps PTSC should invest money in Green Arrays. After Vigiliys, Avot and Verras, Crossflo, Green Arrays appears to be, perhaps, much more of a sure thing.

Comments anyone?
