Has anyone ever seen a PR from PTSC in which they mention anything about being supportive of Moore's suit against TPL? Did you ever wonder why PTSC is not intervening in the Moore lawsuit against TPL? I guess the real question for me is, why wouldn't PTSC support MOORE in his efforts against TPL if only by mentioning support for his efforts.

What happens if Moore wins and we lose? Does Moore walk away from all contractual obligations he had with TPL with the freedom to sell license agreements on his own, while PTSC in a losing situation remains contractually obligated to allow TPL to license for PTSC?

Anyone? I admit, it is confusing.
