Curious of their thinking, I asked the author/contact of the July 27th release why there was no mention of Patriot Scientific and Russell Fish. The response was The TPL Group wanted to make it very clear that it has exclusive control over all licensing and litigation with respect to the MMP portfolio.

I replied that I hope their performance matches their ego.
