to how the Newco. is goiong to work? I remember seeing that there will be a member of PTSC to sit on board. I can`t find that info anywhere. At least Alliancense is letting it be known that they are serious! Maybe we will hear of settlements soon. None of this changes what TPL and PTSC will share--here is a copy of the PR stating the agreement.
