Now you want me to believe that those aren't the people responsible for binding the company to poor agreements, or enforciing or overseeing those agreements properly, or doing proper DD or oversight on the M&A activities, or hiring compentent managers, or raiding the treasury!?

Look, I know for a fact that when I looked at the TPL deal or the Crossflo merger LONG before they were signed, that I had checked them out completely. In fact, I only wish you knew "how much due diligence I had done".

Now I'm supposed to believe that I as an agoracom poster and shareholder am NOT to blame for the current company status?!
