Exactly 3 years ago we were in re-exams with the USPTO, and had an "unofficially interim" CEO, our BOD and management were being paid handsomely, and we were entangled in litigation with the J3. Speculation was running rampant about what might be happening behind the scenes. The next day, we learned OFFICIALLY of the settlement that were were so very "pleased" about & the stock price ran up to 94 cents a day later.

Today we're somewhat clear of the USPTO, at least for now, we have an OFFICIAL interim CEO, our BOD & management continue to reward themselves with gluttonous compensation, but now we're entangled in litigation with not only with infringers, but also with our OWN PARTNER. Speculation continues to run rampant about what might be happening behind the scenes, and our stock price is hovering at 90% LESS than it was 3 years ago.

OBVIOUSLY, the problem is the Agoracom board!
