I would think we, PTSC/Moore, have some leverage if indeed TPL did illegal actions. We all know Lecky is a theif/corrupt as they get BUT the law is the law. Is there any chance bewteen Moore and /or PTSC, that TPL could lose their piece of the MMP portfolio? My other question i s regarding the reverse engineering, who owns that as well? I thought I read someplace on this board that TPL owned the reverse engineering? That piece would be very important as well I would think?

Either way this has dragged on way longer than it should have. Shame on our board for being so naive/stupid. Lecky being who he is must have protected himself well since this continues to go on. How is he not threatened by the charges and possible jail time? So the question is do we have any leverage or not?
