First, Merry Christmas to all.

Second, I believe that the BOD will be removed from their positions and that we will need to hire new personnel to fill the gap. It is essential to take on Dan Leckrone and come to a resolution of how we will work with him or wipe him out. There are several agora board members including Wolfpackvolt who could manage the development of an effective staff and their may be others like Stan Caplan. I believe and stand to be corrected but we need an excellent patent lawyer to do battle with Leckrone, TPL and Alliasense, as well as to take him on in civil and criminal court. Ronran could add significant input in this regard. Lamberts has also studied this company from stem to stern and Duck is also very knowledgeable and there are others that could rise to the challenge.

At any rate planning has got to be done now for the takeover and the hiring of professionals that can run this small company toward a profitable future. My feelings on this are not bashing the current board but they have been totally ineffective in running this company. This does not mean that they lack completely the skill sets needed to succeed but they have not been successful. They have squandered success from the perspective of the investor and lined their pockets like the greedy Grinch that stole Christmas. Shame on them!!!Read the comments from Biajj and Lamberts and you can see the problems that exist. Remember if nothing is plannned as the saying goes....

REMEMBER also, we are firing this board and we need to take action by knowledgeable people (not I unfortunately) to set this ship on the right course. I do know one thing, I have observed Wolfpackvolt for several years now. He is dedicated to the success of PTSC. I trust him. We need trustworthy people to run this significantly important investment in our lives.
