Turn Over the Keys Ceremony?

First, I voted all my shares (3 accounts), and the shares of all my friends and family (7 accounts) AGAINST reinstating the board, FOR the auditors, FOR the majority vote thingy! Collectively nearly 1 million votes!

When the incumbent directors are out, who will be left to turn over the key and the bank accounts? Additionally, who will take over? Will there be an election or what?
