There seems to be a growing misconception that by withholding your votes for Johnson, Felcyn and Flowers they will be voted out.
This is not true.
They can win with just one vote. That is the problem with plurality voting and the reason why we must vote for majority voting for future elections. Given the new SEC rules and our current status as an accelerated filer, shareholders will be able to have their candidate added to the proxy for next year's election.
There is one catch....our shareprice as of Nov 30, 2010 would allow PTSC to change its status from accelerated filer after May 31, 2011. What this means according to SEC rules is that without having that accelerated filer status, shareholders will have to wait THREE years before they will be able to have their own candidates on the proxy.
Withholding your votes for Johnson, Felcyn and Flowers will, however, send them a message of NO Confidence.
As usual corrections are always welcome. Ron, Brian, Milestone or anyone else will you please confirm or correct what I have stated.
Thanks,
Laurie
