Maybe we are over looking other possiblities... Not a lawyer & never played a lawyer on TV..
With TPL oweing us 2.1 million or more (loans interest)... plus other funds thats maybe owed us..(The MMP License that got 500,000 out of 5 million)... I feel that it is a real possibilty that some license fee's are being held in escrow... with TPL not paying other people & being sued by multiple parties... if 5 license are not announced it is possble that some funds went to expense's and the rest being held in escrow.... I have seen this happen before..... My take is TPL owes us at least 3.4 million and possibly more......
They are not announcing those license because some of those funds are being held in escrow.. till dispute is settled
