The same people on the ballot are the ones in power. They will be voted in again. Nothing changes. Holding back on material news is illegal. If there was a need to impact the vote (on the voting changes being put forward in the proxy), would you think mgmt. would have released any of this supposed covered up news closer to the time the proxy came out? My take is mgmt. has nothing IMO.........
