I can't stress again how important this election is on two fronts:

1) By Withholding your vote for the directors, it will not prevent them from being re-elected, however, it will send a screaming message to them that they have failed us.

2) Majority Voting- this is huge for shareholders because eventually we will be allowed to have our candidate(s) on the proxy and that is when our votes will make a difference

Of course I cannot tell you how to vote, only that you should vote, especially if you are not happy with the way in which this company is being managed. Also, if you know any shareholders who may not read this message board (or any other) it is important to get the word out about the importance of this election.
