For the record, I am not griping about a virtual shareholder meeting. I am griping about a virtual ONLY shareholder meeting. Especially in light of the fact that a shareholder offered to pay for the meeting room and others offered to share in incidental (donuts) expenses.

So, if the only cost savings is a plane flight for Carlton Johnson to get to San Diego (since we are now down to three directors, two of which are local I believe)....then I say BS. We pay him enough for him to buy his own airline ticket..

The BoD is hiding from shareholders.
